Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and cancellations.

  • You may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items should be shipped back within 15 days of delivery.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 5 hours of purchase.

While we do not currently offer exchanges, please don't hesitate to reach out if you encounter any issues with your order. We continually review our policies to adapt to evolving circumstances and will consider your feedback to improve our service.

Conditions of Return

Ensuring a smooth return process is important to us. Please review the following conditions to facilitate your return:

  1. Responsibility for Return Shipping: Buyers are kindly requested to cover the return shipping costs. In case the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any depreciation in value.
  2. Timeframe for Returns: Our return policy extends for 14 days from the date of receiving your item. This allows ample time for you to assess your purchase and request a return if necessary.
  3. Eligibility Criteria: For a return to be processed, the item must meet specific criteria:
i. It should remain in the same condition as when received.
ii. It must be unworn or unused, with all tags intact.
iii. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
iv. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please refrain from sending items back without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Special items, like custom or personalized products, are crafted uniquely for you and thus can't be returned. If you have any queries or worries about your order, please reach out – we're here to assist you every step of the way. Regrettably, sale items and gift cards are also ineligible for returns.
